My breakfast: I begin my day by drinking a glass of warm water mixed with lemon or apple cider vinegar & honey. After 1 hour, I take two brown breads with 5 egg white & lots of salads. Sometimes I only eat corn flakes & double toned milk.
My lunch: One big bowl of boiled vegetables, arhar daal, chicken stew without salt & lots of salad. Sometimes I prefer one chapati with boiled vegetables & tuna or tilapia fish.
In the evening I prefer eating fruits like apple, mosambi, watermelon, papaya, pineapple with one bowl of sour curd.
My dinner: I make sure that I eat boiled oats with double toned milk, Protein bar & 1 tablespoon honey. Sometimes I eat 1 cup brown rice with boiled chicken stew & salads.
Pre-workout meal: Before I workout I make sure that I eat the right amount of proteins. So to maintain that I eat 5-6 egg white, soybean seeds, 1 cup black coffee or green tea with little honey.
Post- workout meal: I prefer to eat sprouts, chia seeds mixed with water, raw gram, 1 protein bar.
I indulge in (What you eat on your cheat days): I only cheat once in a week so on that day I prefer having Bengali style home cooked food, white rice, chicken curry etc.
Low-calorie recipes I swear by: Curd Cornflakes, Fruit Salad, Oats with honey and fruits, dalia.
