A helicopter was dispatched to rescue the injured youth.
The National Search and Rescue Center, in coordination with Abu Dhabi Police, carried out a rescue operation on February 15 (Monday) after a woman fell from Jebel Hafeet.
According to a video statement issued by the authority, a rescue and medical evacuation mission was conducted today for an injured 24-year-old Emirati after she fell from Jebel Hafeet – one of UAE’s highest mountains and a popular tourist spot.

The rough terrain made it difficult for an ambulance to reach the woman, with authorities resorting to an air mission.
The injured woman was shifted to Al Ain’s Tawam Hospital to receive the necessary treatment.
