The 5-seater Hector is priced between Rs 12.89 lakh and Rs 18.32 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). The 6-seater Hector Plus is priced between Rs 15.99 lakh and Rs 19.14 lakh ((ex-showroom, Delhi) and 7-sector Hector Plus is priced at Rs 13.34 lakh and Rs 18.33 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). All prices are introductory.
All the variants of Hector are available in three engine-gearbox options: 1.5-litre turbo-petrol, 1.5-litre turbo-petrol with mild hybrid and 2.0-litre turbo-diesel engine options.
Hector Plus 6-seater was launched in mid-2020. MG India started its journey with Hector in 2019 and has accumulated over 40,000 sales in 18-month period.
The facelift brings out slightly revised interiors with a light colour theme. Conveniences are improved as Morris Garages has offered wireless charging, auto-dimming inside rearview mirror, electrically-adjustable and ventilated seats and updated iSmart connectivity.
On the outside, the Hector sports a redesigned grille, 18-inch alloy wheels (top trim) and an electronic tailgate.
The newly-introduced 7-seater variant of Hector Plus is an Internet SUV with a panoramic sunroof and gets updated 18-inch dual-tone alloys. It provides room for more occupants with second-row bench seats for 3 adults and the third row for two children. The 7-seater will come in Style, Super, Smart, and a new ‘Select’ trim level.
MG Hector 2021 comes with 60+ connected car features with newly added features like i-SMART app on Apple watch, voice search for songs in Gaana app, Wi-Fi connectivity, Weather forecast by Accuweather.
